Job Summary
Work in partnership with leadership and various operational teams and organizational departments to oversee small to medium functional projects or phases(s) of a larger project. Builds relationships with leaders at all levels of the region, including clinicians, front-line care teams, and other stakeholders to assess and enhance systems to produce optimal organizational process outcomes. This position serves as a facilitator of change management and project management principles and methodologies to address opportunities for improvement while promoting stakeholder engagement in solution development.
Essential Functions
