Job Summary: The Operational Training Executive will support the ARSLAN SRS Training Wing in the facilitation, coordination, and delivery of operational training programs across supported sites and client environments. The role will primarily focus on conducting face-to-face and virtual training sessions to strengthen workforce competency, operational readiness, and continual capability development across deployed security personnel. In addition to training delivery responsibilities, the role will also support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, training coordination, competency documentation, reporting, and operational learning support initiatives aligned with organizational and client operational requirements.
