Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and enhance the operational risk management framework, policies, and procedures Oversee risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), key risk indicators (KRIs), and incident management processes Provide effective challenge to business units on risk exposures and control effectiveness Analyse operational risk events and drive root cause remediation and action tracking Support regulatory compliance, audits, and risk reporting to senior stakeholders and committees Lead scenario analysis and stress testing for operational risks Drive risk awareness initiatives and training across the organization
