Under general supervision, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to support operational risk management activities of moderate scope and complexity. Assists in identifying, assessing, and documenting operational risks within assigned business processes. Partners with colleagues and business process owners to evaluate control environments and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and mitigation strategies. Guidance is provided for complex assignments requiring analysis, judgment, and problem‑solving. Maintains routine contact with internal stakeholders to research issues, resolve questions, and support risk management objectives.
