Responsibilities

• Build & Scale the Function You’ll be the architect of our non-horticultural stock planning strategy. This is a build from scratch opportunity where you will set the vision for how we scale, demonstrating the ability to turn rapid business growth into a sophisticated, high-performing operational machine
• Master Stock Availability You will lead your team to ensure optimal stock levels across all sites, balancing high availability with the need to minimise waste and holding costs. Navigating multi-site space constraints, you’ll work in lockstep with our Warehouse teams and Strategic Procurement Managers to ensure our supply is as efficient as it is reliable
