Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including fabrication, assembly, delivery, and installation of aluminum and uPVC products
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet project timelines and client requirements
• Supervise factory staff, installers, and site teams to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
• Ensure adherence to technical specifications, shop drawings, and quality standards
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project Management teams for smooth project execution
• Manage procurement of materials such as aluminum profiles, uPVC frames, glass, and hardware
• Monitor inventory levels and reduce material wastage
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment
• Handle client concerns, site issues, and project delays effectively
