Operational Flow Manager

The Global Supply Chain Team is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of transportation and distribution of merchandise through J.Crew’s multi-channel supply chain.

This role will be responsible for understanding the operational impacts of staffing, planning, and forecasting between inbound and outbound volume flow with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations as well as supporting various initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop successful labor planning tools and throughput strategy with internal and external partners to meet and exceed True North Metrics.
