Job Scope:
To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality Check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done Assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist Ensure smooth production operation with production report Monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
Requirements: NITEC / Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in the high-volume manufacturing environment Knowledge in production/operation control, process change, manpower control, etc. Familiar with cleanroom environment. Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Open for 12-hour shift working arrangement (permanent day/night). Good communication skills.
