            Job Description Provide direction and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision, mission, and values. 
Collaborate with team to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities. 
Familiarize with Chinese Restaurant models, policies, standard operating procedures and processes. 
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising food & beverage and kitchen staff. 
Develop marketing strategies and promotions, creating a year-long plan for all outlets to increase visibility and sales. 
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. 
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. 
Foster a customer-focused environment and encourage staff to exceed guest expectations.
