We are looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our team in Sharjah.

Within the framework of the policy defined by the company you will be responsible for the operational management.

You will report to the VP Operations EMEA in Belgium and you are part of the EMEA Operations Management Team. You manage a team of 20 people who operate on our site every day.

Your role and responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize the various stocking activities according to the organizations priorities and needs in order to provide effective service that meets the organizations quality requirements.

• Coach and develop team leaders in order to utilize their skills and knowledge optimally.

• Be responsible for the implementation of the personnel-related framework within the department within the Warehouse departments policies in order to contribute to the realization of the defined HR policy in the organization.
