Work closely with the reporting manager to develop KPIs and tracking mechanisms for different levels within the operations team.
Review and optimize sales team coverage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor individual performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, including executives, supervisors, sales representatives, and merchandisers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers such as FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, and 7-Eleven at both store and area levels to ensure support for promotions and campaigns.
Gather feedback from the team on trade activations, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements for future executions.
Lead negotiations for space-buy renewals and new placements.
