Job Summary You will manage warehouse inventory flow, coordinate import/export shipments, arrange trucking, ensure timely packing and delivery, complete shipment paperwork, and communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound warehouse inventory to maintain accurate stock levels Pack outbound cargo on time to meet delivery schedules Handle import and export shipment processes to ensure compliance and timely movement Arrange trucking and coordinate daily fulfilment tasks to support logistics operations Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of shipments Complete all necessary paperwork for shipment processing and completion Communicate clearly and promptly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve issues Use computer skills, including Excel, to track inventory and shipments efficiently Learn and adapt quickly to new software tools to support logistics operations
