Responsibilities:


  • Perform
    general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and
    processing of records.
  • Handle confidential and
    sensitive information with discretion and
    professionalism.
  • Assist to handle daily
    operations and processes applications and transactions to ensure
    that all service levels are delivered according to the
    procedure.
  • Any other adhoc administrative
    duties as assigned.
  • Provide general
    administration and support to the Operations
    department.


Requirements:


  • SPM
    holders with no experience are encouraged to
    apply.
  • Able to speak basic
    English.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and the
    ability to read Chinese are
    essential.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
    (spoken & written); Cantonese is a plus
    .
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
    when handling sensitive
    information.
