Summary
Assumes responsibility for training of new staff. Works directly with the PH Scheduling Manager to insure effective and efficient departmental operations. Audits and leads the team in the identification and resolution processes. Utilizes proactive problem solving skills and resources to assure system improvements to eliminate errors. Demonstrates a commitment to customer service and presents a positive, caring and professional image to patients, physicians, customers and coworkers. Serves as a professional role model for the department. Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple departments and positions. This role will require 70% administrative duties and 30% calls and scheduling.
Education
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED.
