In this role, you will serve as an advisor for industrial relations, providing high-level service to craft workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work practices align with relevant laws and project-specific rules. Your focus will be resolving workplace grievances, conducting professional investigations, and ensuring all records are detailed and stored correctly. #LI-TH1

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Industrial Relation activities conform to company policies and statutory requirements.

  • Recommends and implements corrective actions to resolve employee relations issues.
