Our Performance Marketing team sits at the heart of SumUp's acquisition engine, responsible for driving paid growth across core and expansion markets in Europe. We're a small, high-ownership team that works closely with Sales, creative partners, and external agencies to turn media spend into qualified pipeline — and we care deeply about the quality of that pipeline, not just the volume. This role exists because we're scaling fast: more markets, more channels, more complexity — and we need someone who can own the operational rhythm that keeps everything running well, while helping us build the repeatable processes that make expansion sustainable.
