Position: Oncology Care Coordination Team Leader

Location: Centurion, Gauteng Position Purpose:

As the Oncology Care Coordination Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team of clinical coordinators who support beneficiaries throughout their oncology journey, from diagnosis to treatment, recovery, and survivorship. You will play a key role in overseeing case management processes, improving patient navigation, managing clinical and financial risk, and strengthening collaboration between beneficiaries, oncology specialists, and internal teams.

Experience & Qualifications: Registered Nurse (3- or 4‑year qualification) OR health sciences degree — mandatory 3 to 5 years’ experience in: Oncology clinical management Managed care and health risk management Clinical customer service within the medical scheme or healthcare industry Previous experience managing or supervising a clinical team (advantageous) Strong understanding of oncology treatment protocols, staging, chemothera...
