We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to manage investor onboarding and support core finance functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operations between investors, fund administrators, and management.
Responsibilities - Handle investor enquiries and coordinate withFund Administrators
- Review and verify KYC/AML documents in line withMAS regulations
- Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse mediascreening
- Maintain accurate investor records and performperiodic reviews
- Prepare Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports forhigh-risk investors
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Assist with financial reporting, GST/tax filing,and audit support
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, orrelated field
