Leading a team to manage the day-to-day workplace services activities for the facility
Be the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients.
Able to identify and propose changes to improve operational and/or experience.
Resource Planning of the outsourced facility management team to ensure smooth operations.
Assist & run tenders for engagement of service providers for Workplace services including and not limited to janitorial services, landscape, pest control, pantry management services, handyman, system security, electrical etc.
Oversight of facility management as a program including cleaning, pantry management services etc.
Work with client to formulate a strategy for Workplace services.
Conduct monthly management meetings and weekly operations meetings with Ubisoft.
Advice and lead HSE compliance throughout the office space.
