About the Role

Finikia Developments is seeking an experiencedSite Supervisorto support the delivery of a 54-unit, 8-storey concrete residential building in downtown Halifax. This is a 30-month project requiring a hands-on construction professional who will be present on-site daily, ensuring smooth coordination of trades, safety compliance, and overall site execution.

The Site Supervisor will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in maintaining schedule, quality, and site efficiency.
