With the focus on efficient retail e-commerce solution, Analyse store distribution and shopper behaviour, including sales patterns and volume off-take Determine optimal pricing strategies per class Develop optimal pricing rules as well as tracking criteria Analyse price elasticity to optimise margin Consolidate analytical streams in the Assortment Optimisation software and develop criteria tactics relevant to the specific class Run the models to determine optimal assortments.
