Overview

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial education while achieving lending, servicing, transactional banking, and insurance sales targets through the marketing and selling of Old Mutual products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for lending, transactional banking, and insurance.
• Serve existing Old Mutual policies: facilitate claims and address customer complaints and queries to meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) requirements.
• Verify loan application documentation for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Accurately capture all client information on Summit using required supporting documentation.
• Suspend or reject loan applications and requote as necessary.
• Report suspicious or fraudulent loan application documents to the Branch Manager.
