About: This unit cares for STEMI/NSTEMI, CP rule out, CHF, Noninvasive Ventilation, Cardiothoracic surgery after ICU, antiarrhythmic IV medications, peripheral vascular compromise, etc. Shift: 6p-6a. 33 bed unit. Ratio 1:4. 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. No block scheduling - flexibility required.
Submission Requirements: At least 6 months of stepdown experience - required. Float to Med/Surg or ER to take CVCU/Med Surg holds - required.
