This popular international City firm with a market-leading energy practice is looking to hire a lawyer to focus on upstream oil and gas transactions. Clients include supermajors, Middle Eastern national oilpanies, independent E&Ppanies andmodity trading houses. You will work on a broad spectrum of upstream matters, including country entries, equity investments and alternative financing structures, alongside core project and transactional work. Previous relevant experience gained either in private practice or in-house essential. This will include experience of drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including concession agreements, production sharing contracts, royalty regimes, risk-based service contracts, JOA's, farm-in / farm-out agreements, unitisation agreements, gas sales agreements and crude oil and gas transportation agreements.
