Ocean Freight Export Operator – Manchester

Role Overview

As an Ocean Freight Export Operator, you will work with colleagues in the Manchester Export team to ensure that customer requirements are met and documents are completed in a timely and efficient manner delivering a consistent high quality and compliant processes that enable DHL Global Forwarding to build and develop customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service through our DGF’s 10 Customer Commitments
• Support, drive and commit to the Company’s overall Strategy
• Manage end-to-end process for OFR Export and designated customers
• Communicating with customers to meet their requirements
