Manage the administrative operations of the Stamford office, including management of the office reception and general office affairs with a high degree of autonomy
Key Accountabilities
Office management: offer the best possible in-office experience to employees
Proactively ensure smooth office operations and independently coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, catering, etc…)
Cultivate strong relationships with building administration to facilitate effective coordination of initiatives and communication to employees
Monitor pantry supplies and budget to ensure adequate stocking.
Plan and execute office events (client breakfasts, office lunches, town halls, seasonal celebrations, etc.) and arrange transportation as needed.
Uphold and implement office policies related to health, safety, and security.
