This role bridges the gap between our local operations and our remote accounting team. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and proactively uses technology to streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Support: Manage invoicing, resolve vendor discrepancies, and lead past-due collections.

Accounting Liaison: Oversee and coordinate daily tasks with our remote accounting staff.

Office Operations: Manage office supply procurement, oversee facility cleaning services, and provide sales support.
