The Trapeze Group is a fitness / wellness / health company founded in Singapore. With that in mind, we are looking for an enthusiastic office Manager to help The Trapeze Group grow. This candidate will report directly to the Chief of Staff.

• Overseeing daily office procedures as well as businesses under Trapeze group
• Managing 3 Google workspace and email accounts
• Proper filing of documents on Google shared drive
• Assist management to keep proper quotations, invoicing and payments when opening a new business
• Assist with government grant applications & other required government submissions
• Work with Corporate Secretary to prepare ACRA submissions and other company documents
