Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement of office supplies.
  • Monitor the inventories and all fixed assets.
  • Manage vendors and create purchase orders to ensure that they are approved by authorised personnel and within budget.
  • Oversee facilities services, cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Organise and manage office activities (e.g. file archival & office move).
  • Oversee reception duties and courier services for Amundi Singapore Ltd, Amundi Intermediation Asia and Fund Channel.
  • Manage the security cards for all staff and coordinates with the landlord on building access.
  • Coordinate the Business Continuity Plans for all 3 entities in Singapore.
  • Monitor staff expenses and vendor expenses, and assist in budget preparation.
  • Develop and review office-related procedures & systems (printers, canon machines, fax machines, security systems, etc.).
  • Complete mandatory government survey forms in Singa...
