Job summary:
This position plays a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions for the Western New York Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Western New York Management staff with daily office operations and administrative functions. The candidate will be reliable and detail-oriented and play a key role in keeping the office organized, supporting staff, managing quotations, requests for quote (RFQ), and coordinating purchasing activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and experience with administrative tasks.
