RecoveryZone Physical Therapy & Chiropractic located in Manasquan NJ is an independent locally owned and operated practice serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties for over twenty years. This independent structure allows freedom for our staff to work collaboratively in our open concept 4500 square foot gym/office to treat our patients as a team. We are actively looking for a Office Manager/Administrator to become a valued member of our team.

Position Summary

The Office Manager/Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily front office operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and patient-centered administrative support. This role manages office staff, coordinates scheduling workflows, verifies insurance and authorizations, Raintree EHR, insurance billing and ensures financial accuracy through daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliation processes.
