Description:
The position will serve as the primary management assistant to the Executive Director of Student Activities & Campus Involvement. Position will administer and manage the business and financial affairs of the Office of Student Activities. Position will assist in managing and reporting for 10 budgets as well as assisting with procurement card and travel card reconciliation, student worker payroll, purchasing, inventory control, tax fringe benefit reports and other closely related work.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit:
The Office of Student Activities oversees the development and organization of the university’s primary extra-curricular programs. These areas include Student Government, Campus Programs, the Fraternity & Sorority system and Club & Organizations, as well as university wide events such as Homecoming & other large-scale events.
