**Office Manager – LTL Transportation**

**Adecco is partnering with a client in the transportation and logistics industry to hire an experienced Office Manager.**

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with LTL transportation experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Oversee daily office and customer service operations.
+ Lead and support a team of 5–7 customer service representatives.
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, pickups, deliveries, and service concerns.
+ Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
