This full‑time role is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and day‑to‑day administrative operations, while also serving as a central point of contact for employees and helping foster a positive workplace culture through employee recognition and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Support

+ Manage full‑cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable

+ Process vendor invoices, customer billings, and payments

+ Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Reconcile accounts and assist with month‑end close activities

+ Review and verify freight invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
