This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, scheduling coordination, and hands-on administrative and accounting support.
Accounting & Administrative Support
Create and send customer invoices for service calls and completed work
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform basic account reconciliations (bank, credit card, customer accounts)
Maintain accurate financial records and timely data entry
Work with the company's CPA by providing documentation for tax and year-end processes
