Minimum Requirements:

  • Well-presented and spoken, with excellent communication skills
  • Preference to be given to candidate who can communicate in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong MS Office skills, with proven Excel experience (ability to work on spreadsheets)
  • Ability to work on databases and high-volume information, with good eye for attention to detail
  • Must be able to think fast, find solutions and cope well under pressure
  • Pro‑active with drive, enthusiasm and sound judgement and ability to multi‑task
  • Answer telephone and handle any queries
  • Must be willing to jump in and assist with ad hoc responsibilities, including general Secretarial, PA,
