This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a calm energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
The ideal candidate will manage accounts, scheduling of owner's appointments and be responsible for project details and communication with clients to optimize transactional work flow and keep all ledger expenses accurate each week and summarize the accounts with the owner for month end reporting.
