Job Description
Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processing
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Support daily accounting and bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online
Reconcile invoices, statements, and supporting documentation
Assist with filing, record management, and administrative projects
Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word
Provide general administrative support to the Controller and Head Office team
Help ensure financial information is entered accurately and on time
Qualifications
Previous office administration or accounting experience
Experience working with QuickBooks Online
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
