The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office, while ensuring that all tasks assigned to them are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and emails from clients/customers
  • Managing daily filing systems
  • Scheduling appointments for staff members
  • Keeping track of office supplies inventory
  • Maintaining updated records of staff members’ attendance
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents such as reports and presentations
  • Managing travel arrangements for staff members
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed
