Our client in the Architectural and Project Management industry is looking for an Office Assistant/ Finance Administrator.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain all office expenses
- Controlling Petty Cash, including office maintenance expenses
- Domestic Staff remuneration
- Capturing of site disbursements and all other expenses
- Control Stationery
- Maintain Domestic Schedules
- Labelling and filing of office administration system
- Collection of office post
- Booking flights, car rentals and accommodation for staff
- Managing staff meal orders, payments and collection
- Arranging refreshments for meetings
- Assist Marketing manager with tender documents
- Send parcels locally and internationally
- AIl other administration duties
