OFFICE AND FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR 

NORTHERN SUBURBS , CAPE TOWN 

R7 500 - R10 000 CTC PER MONTH

Minimum requirements:


  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role

  • Previous experience in a textile, garment, or manufacturing environment (preferred)

  • Basic computer skills (QuickBooks, excel, email, document handling)

  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly

  • Exposure to production planning or factory admin

  • Understanding of fabric types, trims, or garment processes

  • Experience in QuickBooks

  • General office administration and filing (physical and digital)

  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in clients/suppliers

  • Capturing data, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining records
