About This Role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to own our LA headquarters end-to-end. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and is comfortable working directly alongside founders and executive leadership. If you enjoy owning an office completely — people, budget, facilities, and culture — this role offers both impact and stability. Required onsite 4 days a week, with occasional Fridays as needed.
