Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator for our new sales office in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. This position is responsible for managing bookkeeping activities and operations support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and customer focused mindset. Business level proficiency in both Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), including customer invoicing and payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial and inventory documentation.
  • Organize financial documents for payroll, tax filings and audits.
  • Track expenses and receipts.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with monthly closing.
