Office Administrator

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to keep day‑to‑day office operations running smoothly while supporting administrative, HR, accounting, and compliance activities in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and time‑management abilities, attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple functions.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Execute full‑cycle accounting activities including invoicing, A/R, A/P, payroll processing, and general ledger entries
  • Enter invoices through client submission portals and maintain accurate inventory and financial documentation
  • Prepare year‑end working papers, support external accountants, and assist with adjusting entries
  • File government remittances and reports accurately and on time, including GST/PST, payroll taxes, WCB, and related obligations
