We are looking for a confident and experienced office administrator with strong initiative, excellent organisational skills, and great collaboration to join our tight-knit team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
This role is for 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm), based in our Christchurch office. The position offers plenty of variety and will suit someone who can think on their feet, stay one step ahead, and is ready to tackle whatever comes their way.
We’re looking for a true team player who enjoys collaborating with other support staff and colleagues across the office and wider business, providing proactive administrative support to multiple teams within Tonkin + Taylor.
