1. Office Administration and support - Handle office administration, including filing, maintenance, office expenses, admin advance and clearance report). - Support Group admin related issues such as local office contingency plan, data collection, and ISO. - Maintain and monitor office budgets (office supplies, facilities, equipment) and support cost-control initiatives. - Assist in organizing Onboarding/offboarding administrative tasks. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. 2.
