The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the Quality & Customer Satisfaction of Schneider Electric worldwide Single-phase Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) products. Mission: Project Quality Leader Experience in New Product development processes and hands-on knowledge on PMP lifecycle Ensuring that the 'Voice of the Customer' is well collected, analyzed, ranked and taken into account across the project lifecycle. Set the Project Quality Goals, based on the project requirements. Translate the quality objectives listed in the requirements into quality commitments to be met in the project & validate consistency of project quality plans. Tracking and reporting of Project Quality goals & metrics, highlight the risks or gaps to the project to the stakeholders. Facilitate Project Quality reviews with support from Project manager.
