Responsibilities - Assisting with grape harvesting and processing
- Monitoring and controlling fermentation processes
- Conducting lab analysis on wine samples
- Assisting in blending and bottling processes
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities
