**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Role Summary:** Uses procedures and techniques to change condition/function consistent with the rehabilitation diagnosis and prognosis.. Provides patient and customer service by supervising and coordinating therapeutic care and by communicating with patients, families and appropriate staff. Supports and improves the department by teaching and mentoring other staff and by managing the resources for patient care. May provide services off-site, within the scope of the job description, as needed, by the department.
