Overview

We are looking for a resilient and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse to join our East Sussex Personality Disorder Service: Thinking Well. This post offers a group‑based programme, including facilitation of psychoeducational and clinical groups such as Emotion Regulation, Recovery through Activity, Service User Network (SUN), SCM‑informed skills and Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) Groups. The role provides opportunities for training and development in these areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Nurse/OT assessment, formulation and interventions.
• Develop and implement safety planning.
• Consult with other professionals and agencies on personality disorder care.
• Provide reflective practice and supervision support to the team.
• Train the team and external agencies on working with personality disorder.
